Nate Iverson is an assistant professor of mathematics and photographer based in Adrian, Michigan. His experience in photography goes back to 110 cartridge film cameras as a child  and eventually moving to a polaroid. In secondary school he studied black and white film photography with a rented Pentax k1000 and frustrated his mom by getting chemicals from the darkroom on his clothes. His passion for photography was rekindled with the purchase of his first digital camera a Sony DSC-F828 in 2004. In 2014, he stepped up his photography with the purchase of his first DSLR (a Nikon D7100) and has been improving his photography ever since. In 2021, Nate decided to no longer create content for facebook or instagram due to concerns with the ethics of those in charge of the platforms.

Nate is passionate about trying most types of photography but is particularly drawn to nature, portrait, and macro photography.
